Management: ranks, units, quotas

Ranks & powers defines the console ranks that sit alongside Roblox ranks. Each rank has a number — higher is more senior — and a set of powers such as managing staff, posting announcements or editing settings. Link a rank to a Roblox rank or a Discord role and people receive it automatically.

Units are departments, divisions and teams. Every unit can grant its own powers on top of a person's rank using the Powers button, so a Human Resources team can manage records without being senior everywhere else.

Rules place people into ranks and units automatically. A rule can require:

1. 1All of / any of / none of a group of conditions.
2. 2Verified status on the platform.
3. 3A specific Discord role, or a Roblox group rank.
4. 4Ownership of an asset, game pass or badge.
5. 5Everyone — or manual only, so the rule never applies itself.

Post to the whole company, a single department or a single team. What you can post to depends on your announcement permissions, and each notice appears on the dashboards of the people it is scoped to.

Quotas set targets per company, department, team or individual person. Track in-game minutes, sessions hosted, or a checklist of assigned tasks that supervisors tick off. Progress shows on the console dashboard for each staff member.

Every rank change, record, setting change and deletion is written to the audit log with who did it and when.
