Applications & recruitment

Applications run in-game and land in the console — passing candidates can be ranked without anyone lifting a finger.

Build the application

  1. 1Open Settings → Application Centre.
  2. 2Add your questions — multiple choice for auto-marking, written answers for manual review.
  3. 3Set the pass mark and the cooldown before someone may reapply.
  4. 4Set eligibility: account age, group membership or minimum rank.
  5. 5Copy the generated script into your Application Centre place.

Automatic ranking

Candidates who clear the pass mark on auto-marked questions are ranked in the group straight away by the community's Roblox bot account. The bot's own group rank must sit above the rank it grants, or the promotion silently fails.

Reviewing submissions

Everything else appears on the console Applications page with the answers, the score and a link to the applicant's Roblox profile. Accept or decline with a reason; the decision, the reviewer and the timestamp are written to the audit log, and accepting applies the rank.

Recruitment power required

Only ranks with manage recruitment see the Applications queue. Grant it in Management → Ranks.
