Account & security

One profile follows you into every community you join, so you only fill it in once.

Verify your email

Sinkly sends a confirmation link the moment you sign up. Until you click it your account is unverified and the communities page stays locked — this keeps fake addresses out of staff rosters.

  1. 1Create your account with a real email address.
  2. 2Open the message from Sinkly and click Confirm my email.
  3. 3You land back on Sinkly already signed in.
  4. 4No email after a minute? Check spam, then press Resend on the verification screen.

Your global profile

Account settings hold your display name, pronouns, bio, timezone and contact details. These are shared with every community you are a member of, so a promotion in one console never means retyping your details in another. Your display name is the name other staff see across directories, records and logs.

Linked accounts

Roblox and Discord are linked through their official sign-in flows — Sinkly never sees a password. Both links are required before you can reach the communities page, because ranks, role binds and in-game activity all key off those identities.

Community bot cookies are not your account

The Roblox cookie a community stores is for its own bot alt account, kept encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Never paste your personal account's cookie anywhere.
