Is the Roblox cookie we store safe?
It is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it touches the database and is never shown again — not even to owners. Use a dedicated alt account with only the group permissions it needs.
Can I run more than one community?
Yes. Every community you own or are staff in appears in the switcher in the console's top-left corner.
Do all my staff need Sinkly accounts?
No. Unlinked members still appear in the directory with their Roblox information. Linking adds their Discord details and gives them console access.
Can we rebrand the console?
Yes — Settings → Branding sets the console name, accent and base colour, light or dark theme, and uploads for your logo, square icon, dashboard banner and game artwork.
Who can see a custom page?
Whoever you allow: set a minimum console rank, restrict it to specific units, or leave it open to everyone in the community.
Does a promotion in Sinkly change Roblox and Discord too?
Yes. Logging a promotion in a Behavioral Record applies the Roblox group rank and grants the bound Discord role, provided the bot account and role binds are set up.
How is playtime measured?
The activity script reports session start and end times from your places. Sinkly totals them per person and feeds quota progress automatically.
