What you'd own
- Answer support tickets and community questions
- Moderate Discord and Roblox spaces to platform policy
- Log actions accurately so records stay auditable
- Escalate anything outside your remit to a Supervisor
What we look for
- Clear, patient written communication
- Reliability over raw hours — show up when you say you will
- Comfortable in both Roblox and Discord
